SACSPos Senior is a 32 bit windows based EPOS application, which fully integrate with SAGE Line 50 V7 / V8. All sales transactions are recorded immediately and the inventory records are updated on-line real-time with multi-branch configurations. The system works with an automatic cash drawer, receipt printer, barcode scanner, customer pole display, symbol data capture terminal, programmable keyboard, magnetic card reader.
+ Each point of sale PC terminals can be used as stand-alone unit or on a network of multiple POS terminals and back office PC.
+ All client, inventory and pricing information entered in the back office is instantly available at all the point of sale terminals.
+ System can be configured for single branch or multi-branch operation.
+ Multi-branch operation can be configured to incorporate batch update using Std analog modem or on-line real-time using ISDN line, Routers or ADSL.

- Optional ADF Postcode application link provides easy customer name, address and purchase product information capture at point-of sale for marketing or product promotion activities.
- Item look-ups by product description or by product variant like colour, size manufacturer etc.
- Point-of sale receipt can be printed on 40 column receipt printer and or A4 / 11" size invoice incorporating customer name and address. Invoice Re Print facility.
- EFT (electronic fund transfer) provides all off or on-line card authorization and batch transfer to bank overnight polling (optional).
- Optional 128 key programmable keyboard automates a wide range of EPOS functionality; it provides ease user interface without mouse operation.
- Multiple security access level for each menu /user option. This feature will make sure that staff cannot make unauthorized transactions or to have access to confidential information.
- Point of Sales turnover can be posted to different nominal codes in Sage Line 50 according to the product category.
- Cash, Credit Card, Cheque can be posted to different Bank account in Sage Line 50.
- Sundry expense analysis will be posted to Sage Line 50 nominal account from the Point of Sales screen.
- Audit trail, headers and footer messages on receipts, X & Z reports, end of day reconciliation reports, month-end / year-end routines, bar code printing as standard, stock take report, profit reports, cashier reports, departmental reports, Top/bottom sales qty / value reports.
- Symbol hand held data capture terminal link for easy stock take, stock spot check, goods in, goods transfer and remote order processing and update to Sage Line 50 invoice module update.
- System can be configured with or without link to Sage Line 50. In multi user environment SACS Pos-2000 electronic point of sales software licensed per till basis. If you wanted to link to Sage Line 50 for multiple tills then you need Sage Line 50 Network version of the software.
- Purchase Order Processing is handled by Sage Line 50, whatever the movement in stock related to P.O.P will reflect in the SACS Pos-2000 Stock module through update procedure.
- Barcodes can be printed from the SACS POS-2000, using Avery label ref. L7163, L7160 and L7151.
- Each product code (it is in SACS Pos-2000 and in Sage Line50) can have seven user definable fields and those can be used to identify the product during product search.
- Product menu has an option to enable serial number tracking for high value items. It is possible to enable the serial number for some products and leave it for others.
- Single Product with multiple barcode. Same product from different origin can have different barcodes, these items can be sold under one product name/code.
