1.   What is the length of the description in SSM & PT630. 2.   In POP what will happen if the items delivered is over compared to the purchase order. 3.   In POP what will happen if the items delivered is short compared to the purchase order. 4.   In POP what will happen if some items delivered is over and some delivered is short compared to the purchase order.

Q: What is the length of the description in SSM & PT630? A: The description length in SSM & PT630 terminal is 16 characters. In Sage depending on your version you can have up to 60 character description, but when you download to PT630 terminal it allows only 16 characters, the rest will be chopped.Back to Index Q: In POP what will happen if the items delivered is over compared to the purchase order? A: SSM will give a report stating which are the items delivered more than ordered quantity, but it will not allow to update Sage. A: SSM will give a report stating which are the items delivered less than ordered quantity, but the program will allow to update Sage.
